ABOUT THE FOUNDER

DAEGAN IS A CERTIFIED PILATES TRAINER WITH EXPERIENCE RUNNING MARATHONS, PLAYING SOCCER & BASKETBALL AND TEACHING GROUP FITNESS CLASSES AT EQUINOX. HE IS EXCITED TO SHOW PEOPLE OF ALL FITNESS LEVELS THE BENEFIT THAT PILATES HAS IN BUILDING A FOUNDATION FOR EVERYDAY LIFE, LONGEVITY & ANY ATHLETIC ACTIVITIES THEY PURSUE.
